You acknowledge and agree that:

3. Prohibited Conduct

5. Mock Checkrides & Instructional Sessions

Mock checkrides and instructional sessions offered through the Platform are supplemental educational tools only.

They:

• Do not replace primary flight instruction

• Do not substitute for endorsements from a certificated flight instructor

• Do not guarantee checkride success or outcomes

Instructor experience with examiners is based on historical interactions and applicant preparation, not preferential treatment or influence.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, logos, trademarks, and software are owned by RateMyDPE or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• All activity conducted under your account

• Providing accurate information

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RateMyDPE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Refunds & Cancellations

Instructional sessions, mock checkrides, and digital services are non-refundable once completed.

Refunds for cancelled sessions, if offered, are subject to the cancellation terms presented at the time of booking. Missed or no-show sessions may be forfeited at our discretion.

License to User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, comments, or other content to RateMyDPE, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Content Reporting & Moderation

Instructional services, including mock checkrides and preparation sessions, are non-refundable once completed. If cancellation is permitted for a scheduled session, applicable cancellation terms will be clearly presented at the time of booking.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
